Shipping Policies
Competition Concepts use FedEx Ground or Yellow Freight for shipping.
Because many of the products we ship are larger than normal someone will
contact you to determine which shipping option will best meet your needs. We
may be able to arrange for delivery to certain locations.
We require that all packages for orders over $100 be insured by the shipping
company. After shipping we will contact you with the tracking number for your
package.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Competition Concepts is committed to quality. If upon receipt of your order you
are dissatisfied for any reason you can return it and we will replace it at our cost.
We will also refund your money (including shipping and handling options) if you
prefer. Please note that all returns will be inspected and this policy is null and
void if it is determined that the product was mis-handled or damaged after
leaving our facility.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product at 518.693.7030 to
arrange a return or refund. You must contact us before returning the product.
You will be responsible for arranging shipping of the product back to
Competition Concepts. Again, insurance on products that cost more than $100
is required. You must provide us with a tracking number. Failure to follow the
aforementioned procedures may void your eligibility for a refund.
A returned package that is damaged will not be eligible for refund. You will be
responsible for filing an insurance claim with the shipping company.
A package that is refused is considered a return and the customer is
responsible for the shipping charges to return the package to Competition
Concepts.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped. Custom orders will be
subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you
wish to cancel your order.
